Euro Pool System - Going for folding

Operating across Europe, Euro Pool System is a rapidly growing organisation running a pooling service for returnable crates and pallets. For a number of years, Schoeller Arca Systems has been designing and producing the containers for fresh produce used by Euro Pool Systems. To begin with, the range consisted of just four compatible, strong, rigid, plastic crates.

But now, thanks to Euro Pool System’s successful geographical expansion, the transport distances in question are longer. This has given rise to a corresponding need for volume-reducing distribution solutions and even more efficient transport of empty crates.

We now supply Euro Pool Systems with a range of four foldable containers which are the same size as the rigid ones and are equally strong, stackable, and easy to handle. The big difference is that their volume is reduced by 66% when collapsed, which significantly reduces the cost of transporting empties.

Besides these foldable small containers, we now also supply Euro Pool Systems with a foldable large container that measures 800 x 600mm.
