Latest innovation in sustainable RTP packaging: the Magnum Optimum®
Schoeller Arca Systems’ latest innovation in sustainable RTP packaging is the Magnum Optimum® Premium Range. This FLC (Foldable Large Container) is one of the biggest and strongest plastic foldable container in the world. It meets all the current market requirements.
For this revolutionary product a new innovative welding technology was used, resulting in smooth sides for easy cleaning, external storage and lower weight. The Magnum Optimum® results in significant cost savings in the long run. In comparison to the majority of FLC’s it ensures a long and useful life.
Modular System: endless possibilities, one base
The Magnum Optimum® consists of a modular system that is built upon an ISO 1200 x 1000 mm base and can be outfitted and retrofitted with four different, yet compatible walls.
Compared with other FLC’s the Magnum Optimum system is lighter, more durable, offers more shipping and usable volume, achieves the highest possible folding ratio, and fulfills the quality standards of all current European regulations for FLC’s.

The Magnum Optimum® system starts with an ISO 1200 x 1000 mm base as a platform. It can be used in all industrial sectors with a universally applicable FLC system for bulk and non-bulk goods, for product-specific trays, and for textile inserts. The Magnum Optimum® range can be used for the transport and handling of bumpers, panels or car interiors and many other, especially heavy weight, materials.

To show people Schoeller Arca Systems is really committed, the company has teamed up with the recycling industry. Schoeller Arca Systems produces several kinds of containers for waste disposal and recycling. They also produce special containers for oil and chemicals and have recently developed a Big Box solution for hygienic collection of returned PET bottles in supermarkets.
